An Open Letter To Entrepreneurs With Depression & Anxiety

3-Month Accountability Workbook:

A ready-to-go template using Google Sheets to set goals and stay accountable

This workbook that I use with all of my 1:1 clients, keeps you accountable by creating strict deadlines and multiple check points for every goal you want to achieve. Are you ready to finally meet your dreams of success face-to-face?!
Dear entrepreneurs living with depression and anxiety. Don’t fool yourself into thinking that since you have a business to run, you need to drop all aspects of taking care of yourself and your mental health. Your mental health is what fuels your biz growth and success.

You’re KILLING it right now!

Seriously. Anyone struggling with mental illness while creating and running their own business, I commend you. No matter the venture you’re pursuing, you’re doing something that not many could even dream of starting.

Keep pushing forward.

Not only for yourself but also for all of those doubted you, prove them wrong. Do it for the ones who wish they could do what you’re doing. Do it for the ones you inspire along the way.

Do it for the empowerment, not for the money.

Do it for the nobility, not the bragging rights.

Keep pushing on because you can and because you want to.

Don’t fool yourself into thinking that since you have a business to run, you need to drop all aspects of taking care of yourself and your mental health.

Go for the walk along the beach, spend the day binge watching your favorite TV show, read a book in the sun and forget where the time went, indulge in some quality time with your friends and family with the phone off and computer away.

Amplify your self-love practice because you need it now more than ever.

Overworking yourself will cause burnout and ultimately delay your progress more than if you were to take a day off now and then.

Yes, you have to hustle. But who says hustle means being a slave to yourself? No one!

If you feel like you’re not living up to your expectations, remember who set those expectations in the first place.

You have the ability to alter your thoughts and reprogram your mindset. If you’re not happy with your work ethic, be easy on yourself and cut yourself some slack now and again.

You’re only human, baby!
